By accessing and using Summafy.io (the "Service") operated by Qriqle Technologies ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Summafy.io is an AI-powered study assistant platform that provides:

• AI-generated summaries of uploaded documents and media
• Integration with WhatsApp, Telegram, and Discord platforms
• YouTube video analysis and summarization
• Past paper solutions and study materials
• Cross-platform accessibility for enhanced learning

To access certain features of the Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Maintain and update your account information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Accept responsibility for all activities under your account
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

Our WhatsApp Business integration is subject to Meta's Terms of Service. By using our WhatsApp bot:

• You consent to receive automated messages from our service
• You agree that message and data rates may apply
• You can opt out by texting "STOP" at any time
• You acknowledge that WhatsApp's terms also apply to your interactions

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Upload copyrighted material without permission
• Share inappropriate, harmful, or illegal content
• Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise our systems
• Use the service for commercial purposes without authorization
• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Impersonate others or provide false information

Your Content

You retain ownership of content you upload. By uploading content, you grant us a license to process, analyze, and generate summaries for your personal use.

Our Content

The Service, including AI-generated summaries, software, and all related intellectual property rights, remain the property of Qriqle Technologies.

We offer both free and paid subscription plans. Payment processing is handled through:

• M-PESA: For users in Kenya and supported regions
• Paystack: For international payments

Subscription fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except as required by law.

We strive to maintain high service availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service with reasonable notice.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Qriqle Technologies shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or other intangible losses.

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of significant changes via email or through the Service. Continued use constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
